Cost, times and terms

  • Sessions are 1 hour long and cost £40 or £30 when you book a block of three.
  • Concessions are £30 per hour or £25 when you book a block of three.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, paypal or cash.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged at 50%.

Where

  • I work from my home next to Oldbury Court Park, Fishponds, Bristol.
  • I occasionally make home visits if required.
  • For Inner Listening / Focusing, we can work on skype although it is preferable that the first session is in person.

Discounted Yoga Therapy for Mental Health: I am currently offering a  50% discount to case study clients. One hour sessions are charged at £20 instead of £40. This offer is available for a very limited period whilst I update my training in Yoga Therapy for Mental Health. You will need to be able to commit to six sessions to receive the discount. 

What a session will look like – Yoga & Movement Therapy

In the initial session we will spend some time discussing what’s going on for you, what has brought you to Yoga Therapy and what you would like to get from it. We will then start to explore some movements together and give you something that you can begin to practice at home. In subsequent session we can look at expanding the movement practice and add in meditation, relaxation and breathing practices as appropriate; continuing to work together to create a realistic home practice that meets your particular needs and circumstances. Its ideal if you can wear clothes you can move and feel comfortable in but we can work with however you are on the day.

What a session will look like – Women’s Health and Yoga Therapy

In the initial session I will ask you a few questions to get a picture of whats going on for you, especially if we are working on a particular condition or looking at Menstrual Cycle Support Work. As well as exploring movement to support you we can also look at adding in some other supportive tools such as herbs, simple nutrition, natural healing techniques and education about the menstrual cycle creating something a plan you can take away to work with at home.

What a session will look like – Inner Listening/Focusing

Sessions are a mixture of tuition and Focusing time. If you are coming with a particular theme or issue I will not ask you for details and you can explain as much as is useful for you. I will gently guide you in to the session and be there with you as your companion and guide. I will keep the time, letting you know a few minutes before the end of the session, leaving some time for questions and to explore anything that needs acknowledging before we close the session.

My way of working is open and guided by you, aiming to meet you where you are in this moment, to work in a way that feels right for you now.
